    This is an oven where in treatment of the products is done in presence of an inert Gas (Nitrogen) for preventing any oxidation at the surface of the products.

    The heating is provided through heating elements. The specially designed lock and doors ensure any leakage from the oven.

    The oven is fitted with rota-meters, valves and other necessary controls & items.

    Description

    • Construction: The oven is made out of mild steel/ stainless/ G.I sheets from outside and fully welded stainless sheet from inside. The oven is duly painted with Enamel Paint from outside incase of mild steel sheets.

    • Temperature control: PID with or without temp. Profiling (ramp & soak) can be provided with SSR/ SCR for optimum accuracy. The programming of PID can vary from 4 programmes to 99 programmes.
    • Temperature Recorder: Microprocessor based, strip chart or paper less, Multi-point Temp. Indicator cum Recorder \ Digital Timer, with / without buzzer, to turn off the oven at the end of cycle time at the set temperature.
    • Heater Failure Indicator: Particular heater can be easily identified whether it is in working condition or not. If damaged can be easily replaced in very short span.
    • PLC With HMI / MMI: PLC can be provided for automation and integration of whole system, data feeding, process display and fault indication can be seen in MMI.
    • SCADA System: High quality integration and controlling from one point can be done with SCADA.
    • Exhaust: Automatic forced exhaust system with fresh air inlet.
    • Door switch: Door interlocking system will switch off the blower and the heating system if the oven doors are open.
    • Automatic door: for better space management and to automise the door opening and closing process, vertical/horizontal sliding door arrangement can be provided.
    • Shelf: Additional shelves can be provided.
    • Trolley: Additional trolley can be provided.
    • Stand: for the smaller size ovens

    Infrared radiant heat energy has many of the properties same as that of electromagnetic wave energy. These waves travel in straight line and are absorbed or reflected by matter and can be focused or dispersed by lenses or prism. The Infrared waves will flood the area around it with radiant energy effecting quick rise in the temperature. The absorption of radiant waves is an inherent property of any substance, which leads to the possibility of many different application, which are not open to other forms of heating. For instance infrared ray heating is best suited for 3 dimensional items as the absorption of radiation increases the temp. in a uniform fashion. Infrared rays are available in short wavelength, medium wavelength or long wavelength and its selection depends upon the property of jobs, temperature required and curing time. NSW designs infrared heating systems for process temperature up to 350°C.

    Travelling Oven

    Travelling Oven

    These ovens are especially designed for products which are long in length like pipes, bars etc. In this system the product remains stationary and the oven moves all along the length of product to be processed. The drive unit along with guides is fitted at bottom of the oven. The speed of the oven movement can be adjusted as and when required. The panel can be fitted on the body of the oven or stand alone type. The main advantage of this system is that it saves a lot of floor space, total equipment length and the capital investment.
