Powder Coating and Spray Painting Plants & Equipment's

.

NSW provides complete authorize plants for powder coating, spray painting or other surface coating such as lacquer coating, varnish coating and Teflon coating, etc. The job to be coated move in a conveyor through the coating booth and then curing ovens. Overhead monorail conveyor are mostly used but depending on the job configuration floor monorail conveyors, belt conveyors and chain conveyor can also be used.

The coating booths & spray painting booths can be kept independently for batch type operation and can also be incorporated with a transmission conveyor for continuous automatic operation.

Surface finishing plant with oven

The ovens are required for the curing/baking of the surface and are also required for surface preparation pre-heating in some cases. Depending on the type of coating and curing temperature the time of curing varies. These ovens are conveyorised and mostly overhead conveyors are used but depending on the product configuration floor monorail conveyor and belt conveyors may also be used. The ovens can have any type of heating media ranging between Infrared heaters, electric resistance heaters, oil/gas fired heat exchanger, steam, thermic fluid oil. The air circulation in tunnel type oven is very important as uniform temperature must exist throughout the length of the oven and is achieved by high power air circulation blowers or fans with a specific baffle design.

Powder Coating Booth

The unique features of this powder coating booth is it modular design & simple & elegant concept of cyclone recovery. The powder recovery booth will ensure pollution free environment and also reduce the coating cost by effective utilization of over sprayed powder. Its versatile design offer the airflow pattern to sweep the booth walls thereby preventing any powder accumulation on them. The uniform velocity and smooth airflow pattern enables the charged powder from spray gun surround the objects uniformly. NSW has designed a range of powder coating booths with single & multi cyclone recovery units.

Spray Painting Booths

To accomplish the statutory requirement of a pollution less environment the air exhaust from a Paint shop must be clean of paint. NSW has designed and developed efficient spray booth which offers adequate flow of clean air at breathing level of the operator. The standard design range form the economical model the spray booth with pump to the excellent performer the Opal Wash Booth. Liquid paint Booth with disposable filters is an economic choice for low volume Spray Painting operations. In opel and excel wash booth there is no pump which offers negligible maintenance and its superior design offers highest efficiency of paint collection.

Water wash booth with pump

A vertical water screen will be achieved with the help of a circulating pump to catch the over spray resins and carry down into the wasting tank. An exhaust blower will suck the air through a series of filters and clean air will be exhausted. Its simple design and easy assessable pip network promotes itself as a natural choice for the liquid spray options.

Opal wash booth

A powerful centrifugal exhaust fan creates a high velocity air stream across the surface of the tank to shear and liquid is entrained by the air. Over spray is drawn into this air/liquid mixture and violently scrubbed in an area of extreme turbulence caused by controlled changes in airflow. The resin particles re-circulates, broken down and ultimately sinks into the washing tank. A series of eliminator plates separates the air from liquid mixture and clean air is exhausted.

.

Excel wash booth

A high velocity centrifugal exhaust fan lifts a mixture of water and air containing the over spray paint particles through series of entrainment ducts to the water eliminating section. The water screen will be achieved without the help of a pump. Sharp changes in direction of liquid mixture causes the paint particles and water to separate from the exhaust air.

Dry Back Booths

The NSW disposable filter spray booth is an efficient choice and economic for low volume spray painting operations. The heart  of this booth is disposable paper filter with corrugations of unequal sizes. Each sheets have perforations both vertically and horizontally so that the air stream strikes at least four times before it leaves the filter. Specially designed metal baffles can also be provided which will ensure the re-use of baffle filters.
