NSW - 153 INDUSTRIAL OVEN

This is a batch oven having shelves for placement of product, available in various standard sizes. Trolleys with shelves can also be provided if required. It has a temperature range of 50 to 250 deg.c. and 100mm. Insulation is provided.

 

 
NSW - 154 - TRAY DRYER

This is also a batch oven but instead of shelves it has trays for placement of product available with 6,8,12,24,48,96,192, aluminium Tray size 800 x 400 x 300mm. It has a temperature range of 50 to 250 deg.c. and 100 mm insulation is provided on all sides.

 
 

 

NSW - 155 -  HIGH TEMPERATURE OVEN

This oven is similar to NSW-153 but  it has a higher temperature range upto 600 deg.c. The thickness of insulation is higher 150/200 mm.

Note : Internal Oil fired heat exchangers for heating the ovens can be supplied and will vary as per standards with ovens of bigger sizes.

 

 

NSW - 160 INDUSTRIAL OIL FIRED OVEN

In this model the oven is fitted with a side mounted oil/gas fired heat exchanger. The air circulation is done by blowers horizontally from side to side to ensure uniform temperature Throughout the chamber.

 

 

 

NSW - 161 INDUSTRIAL ROOF OIL FIRED OVEN

This is a large size oven with a top mounted oil/gas fired heat exchanger. The air circulation is done with the help of blowers from bottom to top for uniform temperature in the chamber.

 

 

 

 

NSW - 162 VERTICAL DOOR INDUSTRIAL OIL FIRED OVEN

It is same as above with a vertical door opening system instead of horizontal, for better space management. These models can also be electrically heated. The above two models are successfully being used by industries for drying of break lining, Disc plates powder coating, Spray painting, etc.

 
NSW - 165 ROTO CURING OVEN (OIL FIRED)
This is a single speed operated machine with a diesel fired heat exchanger in the lower portion of the oven and hot air circulation is from bottom to top with the help of blowers. The oven if fitted with jig rotating system, with gear drive motor through electronic timer and other controls.

Application :- It is suitable for curing of rubber and plastic toys.

 

NSW - 175 INERT GAS OVEN

This is an oven where in treatment of the products is done in presence of an inert gas (Nitrogen) for preventing any oxidation at the surface of the products. The heating is provided through heating elements. The specially designed locks and doors ensure any leakage from the oven.

The oven is fitted with  rota meters, valves, etc. and all the other necessary controls.

NSW - 700 ZIPPER OVENS

These are double walled, fully insulated having two nos. air circulating fan and having adjustable rolling drums. It is used for ironing and straightning of all kinds of zips. Electrical elements / oil fired heat exchangers are used for heating.

 

 

NSW - 710 ZIP SLIDER PAINTING OVEN

There is stainless steel perforated revolving barrel which revolves inside the heating zone. The system is provided with pneumatic tilting swinging door and locking arrangement. This is an automatic paint enamelling machine for small size jobs such as zip locks, buttons, etc.

 

NSW - 720 TUMBLING MACHINE

Suitable for Bur Removing and Polishing of the zip slider before enamelling. A Hexagonal drum is rotated with the help of reduction gear coupled with 2 H.P. Motor. Size : H.24" x D.24" x W.36". Approximate Rotation 15 RPM Capacity 30 kg. Slider.

TEMPERATURE CONTROL OPTIONS :- We provide multiple choice in controlling features.

1. Hydraulic type thermostat with a temperature accuracy of ± 5 deg.c. connected to heaters through an air brake contactor.

2. Digital Temp. Controller with an accuracy of ± 3 deg.c. connected to heaters through an air brake Contactor.

3. PID ( Proportional, Integral and Differential Controller)  with an accuracy of ± 2 deg.c. connected to heaters through SSR/SCR. This controller can be programmed as per requirement for temperature rise and sustain temperature at desired level in steps.

OTHER CONTROLS :- Highly advanced controlled instruments can be incorporated such as programmable timer with memory backup, temperature recorder with single or multipoint recording capability, photo electric censor and limit switch etc.
