Infrared
radiant heat energy has many of the properties same as that of
electromagnetic wave energy. These waves travel
in straight line and are absorbed or reflected by matter and
can be focused or dispersed by lenses or prism. The Infrared
waves will flood the area around it with radiant energy
effecting quick rise in the temperature. The absorption of
radiant waves is an inherent property of any substance, which
leads to the possibility of many different application, which
are not open to other forms of heating. For instance infrared
ray heating is best suited for 3 dimensional items as the
absorption of radiation increases the temp. in a uniform
fashion. Infrared rays are available in short wavelength,
medium wavelength or
long wavelength and its selection depends upon the property of
jobs, temperature required and curing time. NSW designs
infrared heating systems for process temperature upto 400
deg.c. By offering low
velocity airflow in simultaneous with the radiation heating
system hot air can be re-circulated thereby efficiency can be
increased. NSW's Scientific design of ducts realizes the
contra flow ovens.

R - BULBS Infrared
heating bulbs are used as the heat source, much of its
energy is light and is easily reflected. Economical
version for the low temp. application upto 100 deg.c.
like paint curing of plastic bodies, etc.

R - TUBES
Long infrared waves
generated by IR Tubes are readily absorbed by most
materials because majority of its energy is heat.
Longer wave IR Tubes brings the product upto a given
temperature as quickly and as evenly as
possible.

R - CERAMIC ELEMENTS Infrared ceramic heating elements are used
with,suitable reflectors. These medium wave heaters
can be used for a temperature upto 800 deg.c. and its
very little time to achieve the temp. economizes
its utility. IR Ceramic heating elements provide
superior results in Finishing and Process heating
industry.
