Conveyorised Ovens

 

NSW offers continuous production ovens which can be adopted for a wide variety of processing operations. Ovens range from flat belt type to overhead monorail conveyors for applications like paint baking, Pre-heating, heat treatment and many other  uses. Air re-circulation flow can be supplied from the top down, bottom-up, or from both side to top subjected to the configuration of articles and the surface to be processed. These continuous production oven with scientific aspects of heat engineering are true economy in operation and matched by superior results, provided with electrical/oil fired heating systems.

NSW offers various standard belt conveyor ovens. These include Spiral weave, Raised rib, Slat type, S.S made, Fire stone rubber, P.U, Teflon, etc. The heating zone length can vary from 3 ft to hundreds of feet.

 

NSW - 310 : Flat Belt Conveyor Ovens
.
This is an electrically heated conveyor oven consisting of various zones were in, variable/same temperature can be provided in different zones along the path of the belt. Control panels can be provided on each zone or a common control panel can be provided. Air circulation for uniform temperature is provided by fans/blowers in each zone. The jobs are placed on the belt on loading side of the oven & unloaded from the other side.

 
NSW - 320: OIL FIRED FLAT BELT CONVEYORISED OVEN
 

This is a conveyorised oven similar to above one having oil/gas fired heat exchanger mounted on it. The air circulation is done by powerful blowers to extract the heat from the heat exchanger and to maintain uniform temp. across the different zones.
 
 
NSW - 330 TRIPPLE DECKOR CONVEYORISED SYSTEM
 

This continuous tripple deck conveyorised system used for unique process of drying /roasting dry fruits and other eatable things. The oven is supplied with oil fired heat exchanger and high power blower. The plant can also be provided with an electrical heating system.

NSW - 350 VERTICAL CONVEYORISED OVEN
 

The concept of vertical conveyor oven is very simple and its name itself derives, the jobs move on conveyor in a vertical direction inside the oven. The jobs can be placed inside a basket or on grids or on extended pins as per the job configuration. These ovens have peculiar importance in automotive industries of curing of powder and baking of paint. The vertical ovens are specially beneficial for the people who have space constrain as it occupies very small floor area.
 
NSW - 360 MONORAIL OVERHEAD CONVEYORISED OVEN
 

The jobs are hanged at a comfortable height through hangers on the conveyor to pass through tunnel type oven. The conveyor can be chosen  from 3 wheel with T-track, 4 wheel conveyor or I beam conveyor. The jigs / fixture are designed for product to product and NSW reveal its expertise for the same. The oven is supplied with oil fired heat exchanger and high power blower. The system can also be provided with electrical heating elements and temperature variation from zone to zone.

 

 
NSW - 370 MONORAIL FLOOR CONVEYORISED OVEN
 

The conveyor travels on floor level on the floor mounted track and carry the jobs on jigs. The rotation of jigs on its own axis can be offered either manually or automatically. The oven is supplied with oil fired heat exchanger and high power blower. The system can also to provided with electrical heating elements and achieving temperature variation from zone to zone.
 
NSW - 600 SHRINK WRAPPING MACHINE
 

It has a single zone heating chamber with conveyor for job movement. It is suitable for sleeving of electrical capacitors of different sizes and Shoe uppers, Pharmaceutical products, Seal curing, etc. Temperature range is from 40 to 270 deg.c. with hot air circulation fan fitted at the top of the oven. Electrical elements are used for heating.
