Assembly / Transmission conveyor

NSW has vide variety of flat belt conveyors which are used to transfer the job from one point to other in the assembly line or the conveyors can be simply used for transmitting the loads/jobs. Adjustable height system either at one side or at both the ends can be provided in these type of conveyor.

The different types of belt which can be used in these conveyors include spiral weave, raised rib, slat type, S.S. made, firestone rubber, PU, Teflon, etc.

 

 Overhead Conveyor
NSW makes a wide range of Overhead conveyors and irrespective of the working environment they will serve you in wide variety of conveying jobs like dipping, decreasing, rinsing, painting, coating and heat processing etc. These custom design conveyors do not limit their application but can configure to suit any industry incorporating any number of bends. The conveyor system can be suspended from the building or can be supported by the fabricated structure.

NSW Overhead conveyors are available in 2, 3, 4 wheel type for light and medium load applications. And I beam conveyor for heavy duty conveying applications. Overhead conveyors are a superior performer and money saver in every aspect such as - initial investment, handling of job, maintenance, servicing, etc.

 

Floor Monorail Conveyor

NSW Floor Monorail Conveyor travels on floor by on floor mounted track. Sprockets are fitted for driving the conveyor chain and to negotiate bends. The products are placed on specifically configured fixture which offers flexibility in conveying jobs.

NSW Floor Monorail conveyor is very useful for conveying of the jobs which cannot be hanged and the path of  jobs involves bends.

 

 Roller Conveyor
NSW offers idler as well as powered roller conveyors. Idler roller conveyors are suited to convey products on a level push line or gravity line. Powered roller conveyor is chain driven and can handle heavy loads and is suited for wide range of applications. They are specially useful at curves.

 

Slat Conveyor

NSW offers slat conveyors for heavy loads and volumes in the assembly, transmission & testing lines. Slat conveyors have specific significance in automobile and consumer durable industries.
